from 09:00 to 19:30.

MATERIAL RESOURCES
We have sufficient means, computer systems for the control, management and execution of the service, as well as reservation systems, and connection with the main search engines for Hotels and Hotel Reservation Centers, where any request can be dealt with intelligently and immediately.
PAYMENTS AND BILLING
We accept the credit card payment system for everything related to ticketing, car rentals and hotels, where once the Accommodation Voucher has been issued, it will be charged.
An invoice would be issued for each of the requested services.
CANCELLATIONS
If they allow it with or without penalty costs, the reimbursement must be processed, informing of the recoverable amount. A payment note will be issued to the Company or it will be paid in the established means of payment. In Air Fees, those allowed by the Airline company will be reimbursed.
8% BONUS
We would apply an 8% bonus throughout the year to a large number of Tour Operator Programs, subject to special conditions, availability, for all Company personnel and their families. In addition, other types of advantages would be considered in hotels, airfare, special promotions in summer, advance sales, etc…

AIR | AIRFARE
We will offer the most advantageous formula. It would respect the rates that have been negotiated between the Company and the Airlines, applying the emission charges established in each case. Regarding the issuance and shipment of the Air ticket, they will be carried out in electronic format, it will be sent by email (Electronic Ticket Passenger Itinerary).
ACCOMMODATION | HOTELS – APARTMENTS
We have agreements with the main Spanish hotel chains with preferential advantages. All reservations would be guaranteed by the agency through the issuance of a service voucher. With the issuance of this Voucher, the reservation is guaranteed until the arrival time of the company’s staff.
TERRESTRIAL | RENFE
Reservation and immediate issuance. We start from the cheapest rate and inform you of its conditions in terms of changes and cancellations. Advance reservation is not allowed. All tickets issued are generated in electronic format. It will not be necessary to present it in print at the time of boarding, it admits other types of format.
CAR | RENT-CAR
Presentation and valued Bonds will be issued or with the ‘Full Credit’ system. In Rentals without a driver, all Insurance will be applied, in addition to the mandatory ones, which involve the total or partial elimination of franchises. In Rentals with Driver, and in accordance with current regulations, driving hours, diets, etc. will be taken into account.
